Delete your MOVE YS account and data
This is where you can request deletion of your MOVE YS account and everything stored in it. You don’t need to install the app to do this.
How to delete it in the app
Settings → Security → Delete account. This erases the account and everything stored under it on the server, permanently. Next to it is “Delete all data” — that one only clears this device.
How to delete it if you no longer have the app
Email move-ys@pomogatorapp.ru with the subject “Account deletion”. In the email, include:
- the account name (login) you used to sign in;
- if you remember it — the approximate date you signed up.
We do not ask for a passport, an address or any other documents, and we never will: the app doesn’t collect them, so there is nothing to check them against.
What is deleted and when

Response times
We reply within the time limits set by law: for Russia — no more than 30 days (Article 20 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), for other countries — no more than one month (Article 12 GDPR).
