Most roadmaps are promises with dates that quietly slide. This one only lists what you can check yourself, plus an honest “not yet”. No app-store launch date: naming one before we pass our “100 out of 100, twice in a row” rule would be a lie.

Mo — an assistant you just talk to Done
One sentence turns into several entries across different sections. Mo handles 21 of the 31 sections by voice.
- “Call”, “order”, “send money” become tasks — the app never acts on the outside world
- Deleting is always soft: everything goes to the trash and can be restored
Everyone sees only their own stuff Done
Every storage query asks who owns the entry. A build with a query that forgets the owner simply won’t compile — a source-code check catches it.
Legal paperwork Done
Company details filled in, effective date set. The Russian-law version is in force; the international one is written but not applied yet.

Mo should get it right the first time In progress
Project rule: two runs in a row with zero mistakes, 100 actions out of 100. Not there yet — Mo sometimes merges or splits long dictations the wrong way.

- Whoever writes a test doesn’t run it — nobody grades their own homework
The Workouts section In progress
Marked “coming soon”. Shipping it as an empty “title plus text” list would be worse than honestly saying “not done yet”.
